WIth this in mind, we would like to share the Zero Data Portal, a valuable resource designed to help whānau access important online information without using any mobile data. This initiative ensures that cost is not a barrier to staying informed and supporting your tamariki's learning journey.
What is the Zero Data Portal?
The Zero Data Portal provides free access to a range of government and sponsored websites, including educational resources, health information, and social services. By visiting zero.govt.nz, you can browse these sites without incurring any data charges, provided you're using a mobile device connected to participating networks like Spark, Skinny, One NZ, 2degrees, Warehouse Mobile, Slingshot, or Orcon .
How to Use the Zero Data Portal:
Turn on your mobile data – even though you won't be charged, your data needs to be enabled.
Visit zero.govt.nz on your mobile browser.
Browse the available websites and resources without worrying about data usage.
