International Student Enrolments
We are currently applying to become an approved signatory to the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021.
While our application is being considered, we welcome enquiries and expressions of interest from international families. International student enrolments cannot be confirmed until our application has been approved.

International students at Victory become part of our regular school community. Students join an age-appropriate class, learn alongside local students and participate in the same learning programmes, activities and opportunities as their classmates.
We understand that starting school in a new country is a significant experience for both children and their families. Our staff work closely with each student and their parent or legal guardian to help them settle in, make connections and feel confident at school.
International students can enrol for one or more school terms, with a minimum enrolment period of one full school term (10 weeks).
Welcome to our School
International students at Te Puna Wānanga o Te Wairepo – Victory Primary School experience everyday life in a New Zealand primary school and become part of their regular classroom and our wider school community.
Students have opportunities to take part in learning both inside and outside the classroom, including cultural experiences, sport, music, STEAM, trips and school events.
We value the culture, language and identity that every international student brings. Our aim is for students to develop new friendships, enjoy their learning and leave our school with positive memories of their experience in New Zealand.
